Just as the body and mind are one so are we one with nature. We must internalize this and act accordingly, our future depends on it.
When we cultivate a mindful attitude toward life, when we begin to listen to what our bodies are telling us, when we begin to see and feel the magnificence of the plant foods the planet provides us, then not only have we begun to make changes that will heal our body and mind but we have begun to make changes that will heal our world. There is no separation. There is only a web of interconnection.
